The first ever democratic party of Uzbekistan ERK which was founded in 1990 has opened an Home page on World Wide Web. Erk was declared illegal in 1993 and its leaders went to exile. Erk's chairman Muhammed Salih was more times our Centres guest and had meetings with dutch MP's and human rights organizati- ons.
In Netherlands Friends of Erk Democratic Party was formed. The Friends of Erk have opened an Home page in Internet to inform the World community on Erk's goals and aims. In this page you will find not only information on Erk and but also human rights situation in Uzbekistan.
